This customer has two options the - the Gold and the Silver cards which carry different benefits, with Gold carrying more.

A Silver Card member will be upgraded to a Gold Card on reaching a prescribed point limit.

Communication Features

Powerful in-built communication features help the customer make contact with the candidates almost instantaneously. Messages can be sent via email or to the mobile phone, apart from regular mailers. Automatic reminders – birthday / wedding anniversary etc - that ensure better customer services.

Eliminating redundancy

Achieved as a result of the software being centralized and web-enabled.

All hotels in the chain access one common pool of customers belonging to the group.

Security

Multiple users with unique user-name and password can use the software thereby preventing unauthorized access.

Decision Support Tools
